Article 4. Order and terms of payment

Payment for orders is possible: by LCR 30 days net, direct debit or bank transfer. The customer will lose the right to sell the products in the event of cessation of payment or non-payment of the price when due.

EURL COPIN remains the sole owner of the goods until full payment of the invoice (French law 80335 of May 12, 1980).

Article 5. Retention of title

Article 7. Time limits for withdrawal, return and refund

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, with some exceptions: in the event of an order error or other eventualities, the return costs will in this exceptional case be borne by EURL COPIN.

The time limit for complaints following a delivery problem is 48 hours, if the package has been opened or damaged during transport, a reservation must be made on the carrier's voucher.

Credit notes and refunds will only be granted if the products are returned in their original packaging and only if it has not been damaged.

Article 8. Liability
