Continental's lightweight, space-saving TPU inner tube features a 7-layer construction of high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), with micrometer thickness.
This inner tube combines lightness and durability. The choice not to color the pipes guarantees better quality of the material and optimal sealing.
Each inner tube is subject to manual quality control after production. Additionally, the slightly tapered shape of the valve stem base improves its seating on the rim and reduces unwanted movement while riding. The internal thread of the valve stem allows the use of extensions or an aftermarket valve core.
