General conditions of online sale of the site

These conditions of sale are concluded by the online site The manager and owner of the online sales site is registered with the Avignon Trade and Companies Register under number 447 484 965 00010.

Article 1. Definition

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the online site, the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order.

The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not commit the seller in any way. Article 3. Rates

The prices accompanying the visuals are prices in Euros, the owner of the site reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The public sale prices are recommended prices for information only and are not imposed.

In some cases, discounts are available. Discounts do not stack.

Article 4. Order and terms of payment

Before any order, the buyer must make a request to create an account on the site or already have one in order to be able to connect and order. To open an account, you can go directly through one of our sales representatives or make a request directly on our site by providing us with the following information: Company name, delivery address, billing address, telephone number, Intra-community VAT and bank details (RIB).

Payment for orders is possible: by LCR 30 days net, direct debit or bank transfer. The customer will lose the right to sell the products in the event of cessation of payment or non-payment of the price when due.

EURL COPIN remains the sole owner of the goods until full payment of the invoice (French law 80335 of May 12, 1980).

The confirmation of an order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation of availing oneself of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Article 5. Retention of title

The owner of the site retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, costs and taxes included.

Article 6. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are made by a delivery company with a delivery service with tracking. The buyer is delivered to the delivery address indicated when creating his customer account. The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of the site The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the transport agent, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier.

Beyond 350 euros excluding VAT, all orders will be delivered free of charge for Metropolitan France. For all countries outside France, the free applies from 1000 euros excluding tax.

Article 7. Time limits for withdrawal, return and refund

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, with some exceptions: in the event of an order error or other eventualities, the return costs will in this exceptional case be borne by EURL COPIN.

The time limit for complaints following a delivery problem is 48 hours, if the package has been opened or damaged during transport, a reservation must be made on the carrier's voucher.

Credit notes and refunds will only be granted if the products are returned in their original packaging and only if it has not been damaged.

Article 8. Liability

The site in the distance selling process is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

All elements of the site have and remain the exclusive intellectual property. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.
